Natalie Cullen begins her 26th year as a full-time staff member in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at Pittsburg State University.
Cullen serves as a Associate Vice President of Athletics as well as the department’s Senior Woman Administrator.
Cullen, who previously served as Deputy Athletic Director, has oversight of all areas related to student-athlete wellness, success, and development as well as NCAA and MIAA rules compliance, scholarships administration, and academic services. In this role, she continues to work closely with the Student Affairs and Enrollment Management team and other areas of campus.
Cullen also serves as the University's Senior Woman Administrator and she serves as one of the four governance representatives for the athletics program and University with the MIAA, NCAA and appropriate campus committees and task forces.Â
Prior to joining the PSU staff, Cullen served as assistant athletic recruiting coordinator at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Cullen, a Dodge City, Kan., native, earned a bachelor’s of science degree in community health from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1996 and a master’s of education in sports management degree from Wichita State University in 1998.
Natalie and her husband, Lance, have an adult daughter, Olivia, and a son, Ben. The Cullens reside in Girard.
