Enters his third season in the Pitt State program... a returning NCAA-II All-American in the shot put... a talented athlete who may red-shirt in 2008 as he changes technique in the discipline... placed fifth at the NCAA-II Outdoor Nationals with a PR throw of 56-9.5 in the shot put... placed sixth in the discipline (55-6.5) at the NCAA-II Indoor Nationals last year... also an NCAA-II national qualifier in the hammer... the MIAA runner-up in the shot put both indoors and outdoors... a six-time All-MIAA performer in the throws... ranks sixth in the shot put (56-9.5), third in the hammer (188-4) and third in the weight throw (58-9.25) on PSU's all-time top performers list... In High School: Earned All-State honors by placing fifth in both the shot put and the discus at the 2005 Missouri Class 4A State Championships for Joplin High...
