Any individual or company seeking to market and/or manufacture products
bearing the name, seal and other identifying marks of Pittsburg State
University or worthwhile projects. For participating firms, the University
Licensing Program provides assistance and support in the manufacture and
distribution of quality Pittsburg State University imprinted merchandise.
LICENSING CHECKLIST
For your convenience, this check list has been developed to assist
manufacturers in securing a non-exclusive trademarks license from Pittsburg
State University.
* Completion of licensing application
* Payment of $25.00 application fee
* Possession of signed and dated licensing contract
* Payment of initial $100.00 royalty fee
* Proof of insurance naming Pittsburg State University as an additional
insured
* Sample of all artwork bearing the Pittsburg State University marks
* Sample of all merchandise bearing the Pittsburg State University
marks
