Enters her third season in the Pitt State program... a promising athlete who enjoyed a successful sophomore season for the Gorillas a year ago... will look to impact the Gorillas squad again this fall.

In 2009: Competed in all six meets for the Gorillas... earned honorable mention All-MIAA honors with a 13th place showing at the MIAA Championships... finished first on the team and f14th overall at the GLVC-MIAA Challenge with a time of 18:53 in the 5K .

In 2008: Redshirt season.

On the Track: Narrowly missed earning All-MIAA honors in the 10,000m at the 2009 MIAA Outdoors... in 2010 finished 6th in the 10,000m and 10th in the 5,000m at the MIAA Championships.

In High School: Attended Shawnee Mission North High School.

Personal: Born September 21, 1989... daughter of David and Elizabeth Peden... a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll... has a 3.00 GPA as an accounting major.
