Natalie Cullen

Associate A.D./SWA

Natalie Cullen begins her 12th year as a full-time staff member in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at Pittsburg State University.

Cullen serves as an Associate Athletic Director as well as the department's Senior Woman Administrator.

She is responsible for overseeing a comprehensive academic enhancement program for PSU student-athletes and coordinating NCAA and MIAA compliance and eligibility certification.

Prior to joining the PSU staff, Cullen served as assistant athletic recruiting coordinator at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Cullen, a Dodge City, Kan., native, earned a bachelor's of science degree in community health from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1996 and a master's of education in sports management degree from Wichita State University in 1998.

Natalie and her husband Lance (PSU's defensive secondary coach) have a daughter, Olivia Lear, who turns eight on Sept. 10, and a son, Benjamin Nyle, who turns three on Aug. 17. The Cullens reside in Pittsburg.
