Matt Brock

Head Golf/Assistant Basketball Coach

    Matt Brock enters his third year as head golf coach at Pittsburg State University as well his third year as the second assistant for the Gorillas' basketball program.
    Brock, a native of Camdenton, Mo., came to Pittsburg State after serving as an assistant coach at Hannibal-LaGrange College during the 2007-08 season and serving as head boys' basketball coach at Green City (Mo.) High School in 2006-07.
    Brock was a four-year letterman of the Truman State University basketball team from 2003-06. He earned both bachelor's and master's degrees in exercise science from Truman State University.
    He married the former Sheryl Adams on May 30, 2009. The couple reside in Pittsburg.
