In High School: A first-team All-League performer as a senior at DeSoto High School in 2008... averaged 21.0 yards per receptions and 13.5 yards per carry for the Wildcats... also averaged 39.5 yards per punt... an honorable mention All-State basketball player at DHS... also an Class 4A All-State long jumper in track & field... earned Class 2A All-State honors in the long jump on sprint relay squads at Minneapolis (Kan.) High School as a freshman in 2006.
