In High School: A first-team Missouri Class 5A All-State selection as a senior at Raytown South High in 2009 … the 5A Offensive MVP … helped the Cardinals to a 10-4 record and a state semifinal appearance in 2009 … a three-year starter … carried the ball 238 ties for 1,247 yards and completed 307 passes for 4,575 yards and 50 TDs during his prep career … helped guide the Cardinals to a 12-2 record and the 5A state runner-up finish in 2008.
