In 2009: Saw action in nine games, with three starts... completed 61 of 95 passes (.642) for 937 yards and seven touchdowns (162.96 passer rating) ... also carried the ball 61 times for 284 yards (4.7 ypc) and four scores...compiled 1221 yards of total offense on the year ... completed 17 of 21 passes for 256 yards and two touchdowns vs. Missouri Western (Sept. 26) also rushed for 42 yards and a pair of scores against the Griffons... rushed for a season-high 96 yards on 11 attempts against Nebraska-Omaha (Oct. 31).

In 2006-08: Saw action in three games in a reserve role in 2008, after missing the previous season (2007) with a knee injury ... redshirted in his initial season with the Gorillas (2006) ... completed his only pass of the season for three yards ... also rushed three times for 16 yards (5.3 ypc).

In High School: A second-team Kansas Top 11 (All-State, All-Class) selection at quarterback for St. Mary's-Colgan High School each of his final two prep seasons (2004-05) ... a two-time first-team Kansas Class 2A All-State pick (2004-05) ... led SMC to consecutive 12-1 seasons and back-to-back Class 2A state runner-up finishes ... had 45 career TD passes, 39 career rushing TDs and nine career TD receptions ... also a Class 2A All-State pick in basketball and baseball for the Panthers ... a 2006 Kansas Shrine Bowl participant.
