In High School: The Eastern Kansas League Offensive Player of the Year … the first-team All-EKL quarterback and punter for the Tigers … also an All-Metro selection at quarterback … a three-year starter for Blue Valley … also competed in basketball and baseball for the Tigers.

Personal: Born June 26, 1992 … son of Mario and Tamela Abenoja … a physical education major.
