Enters his third season in the Pitt State program... a promising runner who will look to be a scorer for the Gorillas this season.

In 2009: Competed in six meets... had his best finish at the GLVC-MIAA Challenge finishing 7th on the team and 30th overall helping the Gorillas to a second place finish.

In 2008: Competed in two meets with a season-best 8K time of 29:51.

On the Track: Competed in the 1,500m and the 5,000m disciplines for the Gorillas finishing 13th in the 1,500 at the MIAA Championships.

In High School: Finished third at the 2008 Kansas Class 6A state track meet in both the 3200m and the 1600m... took fourth in the 1600m at the state meet in 2007.

Personal: Born July 28, 1990... son of Tom and Tena Loats... a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll... has a 3.00 GPA as an international business major.
