General: Third-year player… a talented frontcourt player who is looking to build on a solid sophomore season… expected to see significant action at both the power forward and post positions this winter.

In 2010-11: Saw action in all 26 games, starting 11… averaged 8.8 points in 22.3 minutes per game… shot 50% (86 of 172) from the field… pulled down 181 rebounds (7.0 rpg) and had 26 steals last year… scored a season-high 17 points to go along with 10 boards in a 85-68 win over Lincoln… registered four double-doubles on the season.

In 2009-10: Saw action in all 27 games, including five starts... averaged 7.0 points and a team-leading 6.1 rebounds per game on the season… converted 47.9 percent of his shots from the field (70 of 146)… recorded four double-doubles on the season… scored a season-high 18 points and added nine rebounds vs. Central Missouri (Dec. 28)… contributed 17 points and 12 rebounds in the season finale vs. Nebraska-Omaha (Feb. 27).

In High School: An honorable mention All-Metro performer as a senior at Grandview High School… helped the Bulldogs to a 29-2 record and the Missouri Class 5A state runner-up finish in 2009… a three-year starter at GHS… also an honor roll student.

Personal: Born September 16, 1991… son of Ellis III and Sharonne McGee… a communication major.
