Mike Meek (1985-88)

Mike Meek earned first-team NAIA All-America honors at running back as a senior in 1988. He finished his career as the school's eighth-leading all-time rusher, despite playing just two seasons in the backfield. He accumulated 1,896 yards on just 260 career carries during his junior and senior seasons, earning first-team All-CSIC honors each year. Meek also twice earned NAIA All-America honors in track & field -- in the pole vault and the 400 meter relay. He also was a GTE Academic All-American.

A.J. Menghini

A.J. Menghini established himself as one of his alma mater's most ardent supporters in addition to being a successful local business leader. Menghini has been the largest supporter of the Endowment for Excellence in Athletics program since its inception in 1987. He also has consistently been one of the leading donors to PSU's annual Scholarship & Fund Drive. Menghini has served on the PSU Foundation, Inc., Board of Trustees as well as the PSU Athletics Advisory Council. Additionally, he served as chair of the PSU Community Campaign from 1994-95, and he was a 2000 recipient of the PSU Distinguished Service Award.

Jim Scott (1972-77)

Jim Scott finished a decorated track & field career as a two-time NAIA All-American in 1977. He placed third in the mile run at the NAIA Indoor National Championships in 1974. Scott also placed fourth in the 1,000 meters at the 1973 NAIA Indoor National Championships. A multiple-time All-GPAC distance runner, Scott captured the GPAC title in the mile run in 1974. He established PSU school records in the outdoor mile (4:05.94) and the 1,500 meters (3:47.74). Scott also qualified for the 1973 NAIA National Championships in cross country.

Alan Spencer (1969-72)

Alan Spencer earned honorable mention NAIA All-America honors at the end position as a senior in 1972. Spencer finished his career as the school's all-time leading receiver with 62 catches for 1,241 yards. He had 36 receptions for 678 yards and five touchdowns his senior year, earning first-team All-GPAC and first-team NAIA All-District 10 honors in addition to his All-America accolades. He had 26 receptions for 563 yards and nine touchdowns as a junior in 1971.

Ronnie West (1990-91)

Ronnie West captured the Harlon Hill Award as the NCAA Division II National Player of the Year as a senior in 1991, leading PSU to the NCAA-II National Championship. West finished his decorated two-year career as PSU's all-time leading receiver, with 85 receptions for 1,779 yards and 21 TDs. He was a two-time first-team NCAA-II All-America selection, earning consensus first-team honors in 1991 when he caught 50 passes for 1,044 yards and 12 TDs. West also was a two-time first-team All-MIAA selection, earning MIAA Offensive Player of the Year honors in 1991. He led NCAA-II in punt returns (16.9 ypr) his junior season in 1990.
