GENERAL: Joins the Pitt State program after two years at Northern Illinois University... a talented athlete who will look to be an impact player for the Gorillas at defensive end this fall.

At Northern Illinois: Played basketball for two seasons at Northern Illinois... appeared in 56 career games, including four starts... averaged 2.4 points and 1.7 rebounds per game... joined the Husky football program during spring drills.

In High School: A first-team Missouri Class 5A All-State performer in basketball at Lee’s Summit North High School as a senior in 2006... averaged 19.3 points and 11.4 rebounds per game, helping North to three straight league titles... also a first-team All-Big Seven Conference selection as a tight end as a senior in 2005.

Personal: Born April 24, 1988... son of Allen and Denise Kelley... an undeclared major.
