GENERAL: Second-year player… redshirted in his initial season in the Pitt State program… a promising prospect at outside linebacker… will provide quality depth at the position for the Gorillas this fall.

In High School: A first-team Kansas Class 2A All-State selection as a quarterback/defensive back as a senior at Uniontown High School in 2006... logged 55 tackles with one INT, 11 PBUs and 1 FR his senior year... rushed for 879 yards and 13 TDs and passed for 787 yards and eight scores in '06... also an All-State basketball player for the Eagles.

Personal: Born June 30, 1988... son of Frank Hays and Kelly Hall... has a perfect 4.00 GPA as a mathematics major.
