In 2006: Saw action in three games in a reserve role at "strong" tackle for the Gorillas.

In High School: An honorable mention Oklahoma Class 5A All-State selection as an offensive lineman as a senior at Carl Albert High in 2004... also a first-team Oklahoma 5A-2 All-District pick his senior year... helped the Titans to a 13-1 record and the Class 5A state title his senior season.
