In 2006-07: Saw action in 23 games, including eight starts...scored 49 points (2.1 ppg) and grabbed 15 rebounds (0.7 rbg) on the season...converted 12 of 33 3-point field goals (.364)...converted 40.9 percent of his shots from the field (18 of 44)...scored a season-best nine points vs. Emporia State (Feb. 14), hitting all three of his 3-point field goal attempts in a 91-88 road win over the Hornets...started eight straight games between Jan. 31 and Feb. 24.

In Junior College: Spent two seasons at Independence Community College...averaged 9.4 points, 2.2 rebounds and 3.0 assists as a sophomore in 2003-04.

In High School: A three-year starter at Iola High School...averaged 16.0 points per game as a senior for the Mustangs.

Personal: Born April 17, 1984...son of David and Becky South...a commerical graphics major.
