    Natalie Cullen enters her eighth year as the Acacemics & Compliance Director at Pittsburg State University. She also serves as the department’s Senior Woman Administrator.
    Cullen is responsible for overseeing a comprehensive academic enhancement program for PSU student-athletes. She also coordinates NCAA and MIAA compliance and eligibility certification.
    Prior to joining the PSU staff, Cullen served as assistant athletic recruiting coordinator at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Cullen, a Dodge City, Kan., native, earned a bachelor’s of science degree in community health from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1996 and a master’s of education in sports management degree from Wichita State University in 1998.
    Natalie and her husband Lance (PSU’s defensive secondary coach) have a daughter, Olivia Lear, who turns five on Sept. 10.
    The Cullens reside in Pittsburg.
