QUOTES FROM MIAA CHAMPION JAROD
WALL:
(On his championship performance): My goal going into it was
to lead the race early on. I went out hard for the first mile or so and
then settled in. The guy in second started to come back so I picked it
up. I am definently glad I won. I could have run a little faster but overall
I am pleased.
(On regaining his MIAA title from 2003
after placing third overall in 2004): Last year, I had some side
aches and cramps and fell back to about 15th. I am definently glad to
get the title back.
